Federal Marketplace in Indian Head, MD

In June 2006, a representative from HCC, the Associate Project Manager, Lev Volynskiy, attended the Navy Innovation for Commercial Development event in Indian Head, MD.

The goal of this showcase was to demonstrate that U.S. Navy technologies were designed not only to serve the military needs, but also to present real commercial opportunities for the business sector. It was a great way for the researchers at Indian Head Division Naval Surface Center to share their innovative technologies with regional entrepreneurs.

Brief overview of some of this unique cases that were presented at this Technology Forum will be published in next issue.
